Fun Fairy Pass

The fun Fairy Pass includes:

2 Dental Exams, 2 Cleanings, 2 Sets of X-rays, 2 Fluoride Applications, 1 Emergency Exam and X-ray (@ a discounted $45), and *20% off All Restorative Treatment 

$250 for children 3 and under

$350 for kids 4 and up

The Fun Fairy Pass is valid for 12 months from the initial Date of Service.
